Application

Begin regular perineal massage from the 34th week of pregnancy, 3–4 times per week.

Apply a few drops of massage oil to the perineal area (for external use only).

Massage gently in circular motions to warm and relax the tissue.

Insert your thumb 2–3 cm into the vagina and stretch gently downward (between 3 and 9 o’clock).

Each massage should last 5–10 minutes. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience pain or bleeding.
