Thank you for shopping with V Welt.
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, V Welt grants you a voluntary return period of 90 days from receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights are not restricted by this voluntary return policy.
1. Statutory right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods as part of one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you, takes possession of the last item.
If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you, takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our “Withdraw from contract” function at:

If you use the online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
3. Returning goods after a statutory withdrawal
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.
4. Inspection of goods and loss of value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The absence of the original packaging or merely inspecting the goods therefore does not automatically result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Exclusions from the statutory right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
For cosmetics, personal care and hygiene products, merely opening ordinary retail packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
An exclusion may apply in particular where goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and a seal provided for this purpose has been removed after delivery.
Voluntary 90-Day Return Policy
6. Scope of the voluntary return policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, V Welt grants you a voluntary return period of 90 days from receipt of the goods.
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, you may therefore return the goods voluntarily until the end of 90 days after receipt, subject to the conditions below.
The voluntary return policy does not restrict your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights.
7. Conditions for a voluntary return
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, goods may be returned under the voluntary return policy if:
the return is made within 90 days of receipt;
the goods are unused;
the goods are complete;
they are in their original packaging; and
they are in a condition that permits resale.
These additional conditions apply only to the voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
8. Goods excluded from the voluntary return policy
The following are excluded in particular from the voluntary return policy:
individually manufactured or personalised goods;
perishable goods or goods whose expiry date has passed;
used cosmetics, personal care or hygiene products;
opened or unsealed products that are unsuitable for resale for reasons of health protection or hygiene;
incomplete goods or goods materially damaged by the customer.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods or goods delivered in a damaged condition remain unaffected.
9. Discounted items
Discounted items are not excluded from returns merely because their price has been reduced.
They may be returned both under the statutory right of withdrawal and under our voluntary 90-day return policy, provided the respective conditions are met.
10. Return shipping costs under the voluntary return policy
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
V Welt does not normally provide a free return label for ordinary voluntary returns unless expressly agreed otherwise.
11. Refunds under the voluntary return policy
For a proper return under our voluntary 90-day return policy, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods.
For a voluntary return after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
The cost of returning the goods will likewise not be reimbursed.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, reimbursement will normally be made using the same means of payment used for the original order unless expressly agreed otherwise.
12. Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
If you receive incorrect, damaged or defective goods, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please provide your order number where possible and, where helpful for assessment, photographs of the affected goods and, if applicable, the shipping packaging.
Providing photographs is not a condition for exercising your statutory warranty rights.
An incorrect or defective delivery is not treated as an ordinary voluntary return.
Necessary return shipping costs resulting from an incorrect delivery attributable to V Welt or from a defect will not be charged to the customer.
Your statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected.
