SOS Balm | Nipple, Lip & Scar Balm was developed for sensitive and irritated skin areas during and after pregnancy. The vegan formula is suitable for nipples, dry or chapped lips and the care of closed scars.

Organic cupuaçu butter binds moisture intensively, increases elasticity and helps make the skin more resilient – as a plant-based alternative to lanolin. Organic shea butter soothes irritated skin and supports regeneration and its protective function. Organic olive oil supports skin repair and the formation of new skin cells. Chamomile extract supports wound healing and helps prevent sore skin.

The balm is fragrance- and flavour-free and, according to Mommy SPA, does not need to be washed off before breastfeeding. For scar care, Mommy SPA recommends use only once the wound has been closed for at least one month.

Active Ingredients

Organic Cupuaçu Butter:
Binds four times its own weight in water, provides intensive moisture and promotes skin regeneration.

Organic Shea Butter:
Rich in oleic acids, protects against environmental stress and keeps sensitive skin soft and supple.

Organic Olive Oil:
Promotes new cell formation, has antiseptic properties and supports wound healing.

Chamomile Extract:
Has anti-inflammatory properties, soothes irritated skin and relieves itching.

Vitamin E:
Strengthens the skin barrier, seals small cracks and protects against oxidative stress.

How to Use

LIPS:
Apply daily or as needed to dry and chapped lips.

NIPPLES:
During the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, apply to the nipples twice daily to care for dry and stressed skin.

During breastfeeding, use as needed between feeds. Rub a small amount between your fingertips and apply to the nipple and/or areola. According to Mommy SPA, the balm does not need to be washed off before breastfeeding.

SCARS:
Apply twice daily to closed scar tissue once the wound has been closed for at least one month, and massage gently.

Also suitable for other dry or particularly care-needy areas, such as rough elbows or cuticles.
