How to Use

Belly Balm:
Warm a small amount in your hands and massage gently into the belly in circular motions.

Belly Elixir:
Massage gently into the belly from the beginning of pregnancy. A light pinching massage can help stimulate circulation and prepare the skin for growth. During the final 2–3 weeks before the expected due date, massage only gently; if you are prone to premature contractions, ask your midwife or healthcare professional first.

Belly Brush:
Use the dry massage brush clockwise over the belly with small circular motions to stimulate circulation and support skin elasticity. Do not brush over Caesarean-section scars or irritated or injured skin; if you are prone to premature contractions, ask your midwife or healthcare professional first.

Blissful Belly Care Oil Soap:
Lather in your hands with lukewarm water, massage gently over the skin and rinse. Suitable for mild cleansing and care.

Belly Tattoos:
Clean and dry the desired area. Cut out the tattoo and remove the protective film. Place the design face down on the skin. Wet the backing completely with a cloth and wait 20–30 seconds. Carefully peel away the paper and let the tattoo dry.
To remove: soak with baby oil or makeup remover and wipe off gently.

In what order should I use the Premium Set products?

Use the Soft Belly Brush gently on dry skin before showering, then cleanse with Blissful Belly and rinse. Apply Belly Elixir and Belly Balm as needed afterwards. Apply Belly Tattoos to clean, dry, oil-free skin before using rich care products on that spot.

Will Belly Tattoos stick on skin treated with oil?

For best adhesion, apply the tattoos to completely clean, dry, oil-free skin. Avoid using Belly Elixir or Belly Balm on the intended spot beforehand.

When should I avoid using the Soft Belly Brush?

Avoid brushing irritated, broken skin or existing scars. If you have been advised against abdominal massage during pregnancy, speak with your midwife or doctor before using the brush.

Do I always need to use Belly Elixir and Belly Balm together?

No. Use either product separately or both after cleansing, depending on your skin's needs. Apply only as much as feels comfortable.

Can I store the FSC paper pouch in the shower?

The pouch is made of durable FSC paper but is not described as waterproof. Keep it dry and protect it from splashes.
