Dr. Severin® 2.5% Collagen Hyaluron Serum Ultra is an innovative vegan serum with marine collagen, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E. Ecolism® and Phytodermina Lifting® enhance the formula’s firming effects. The serum is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and the delicate eye area.

The formula also contains jojoba oil, caffeine, coffee seed extract, avocado oil and ginseng root extract. It penetrates deeply, revitalizes the skin, reduces wrinkles over time and supports intensive care and regeneration for improved firmness and skin vitality.

How does the Ultra serum differ from the classic Collagen Hyaluron Serum?

Dr. Severin offers the Ultra version with 2.5% collagen, Ecolism® and Phytodermina Lifting®. The classic version has a different ingredient list, with Soluble Collagen rather than Hydrolyzed Collagen.

Does marine collagen applied to the skin replace the body's own collagen?

Topically applied collagen does not directly replace collagen produced within the skin. Collagen-based skincare can support the skin surface with a conditioning film and contribute to a smoother-looking complexion.

What does the '2.5% collagen' claim mean?

Dr. Severin markets the Ultra formula as containing 2.5% collagen. It appears in the ingredient list as Hydrolyzed Collagen. This percentage should not be confused with the concentration of hyaluronic acid.

Can I apply moisturizer and sunscreen after the serum?

Yes. After cleansing and applying the serum, you can follow with a moisturizer and, during the day, sunscreen. The serum itself is not a replacement for UV protection.
