How to Use

Mix 10 ml of the concentrate with 0.5–1 l of water and pour 1–2 ladles of the mixture over the hot sauna stones.

Can I pour these sauna concentrates undiluted onto hot stones?

No. The concentrates contain alcohol and must be diluted with water before use. The stated ratio for this set is 10 ml concentrate per 0.5–1 litre of water.

Can the infusions also be used in a diffuser or bath?

The specified use is as a sauna infusion diluted with water. These concentrates are not intended for use in diffusers, as skincare or as bath additives.

Does Atemkraft treat a cold or blocked nose?

Atemkraft creates a fresh eucalyptus and peppermint scent in the sauna. It is an aroma blend, not a medicine for colds or respiratory conditions.

Why do all three sauna infusions contain alcohol?

Alcohol is listed as an ingredient in Atemkraft, Energiequelle and Zitrusfreude. Following the prescribed dilution before pouring onto sauna stones is therefore especially important.

Do I need to mix Atemkraft, Energiequelle and Zitrusfreude together?

No. The three organic infusions come in separate bottles and have different scents. You can select one fragrance for each sauna infusion.
