Frequently Asked Questions

Why can Happy Lemongrass Room Spray look slightly cloudy?

Primavera explicitly notes that natural cloudiness can occur in this room spray. Slight cloudiness therefore does not automatically mean the product is faulty.

Does the room spray neutralise odours or only cover them?

The room spray mainly creates a fresh and pleasant scent atmosphere. Especially in bathrooms, washrooms or kitchens, the citrusy lemongrass scent can help make unpleasant odours less noticeable.

How long does the scent last in the room?

The scent duration depends on room size, air circulation and the number of sprays. In smaller rooms, the fresh lemongrass scent is usually more noticeable and intense than in large, open spaces.

Can I spray it on fabrics?

The room spray is intended for use in the air. It should not be sprayed directly onto delicate fabrics, wooden surfaces or painted surfaces, as essential oils or alcohol may leave marks.

Can I use the room spray when children or pets are in the room?

Room sprays with essential oils should be used consciously and sparingly. Do not spray directly towards children, pets, sleeping areas or food bowls, and make sure there is enough ventilation around sensitive people or animals.
