The Cold Season Organic Essential Oil Blend accompanies the colder months with the plant power of eucalyptus globulus, spruce needle and African frankincense. Its clear herbal fragrance is especially suited to warm aroma baths and invites you to slow down and enjoy a comforting ritual during the cold season.

For a full bath, mix up to 10 drops with 3 tbsp sea salt and add to bath water at 35–38 °C. PRIMAVERA recommends a bathing time of 10–20 minutes. For a body oil, up to 10 drops can be mixed with 50 ml PRIMAVERA Organic Almond Oil.

How to Use

Can the Cold Season blend cure a cold or replace medicine?

No. Primavera presents this as a fresh herbal fragrance blend for comforting rituals in colder months. It is not a medicine and cannot treat viral infections or replace necessary medical care.

Why are Menthol and Camphor listed in the ingredients?

Menthol and Camphor are identified in the INCI as natural components of essential oils. Even naturally occurring fragrance compounds can irritate sensitive skin or airways. Their listing does not necessarily mean they were added separately.

Does sea salt fully disperse essential oils in bathwater?

Not reliably. Sea salt is not an emulsifier, and essential oils do not dissolve in water. Even with Primavera's recommended salt method, concentrated droplets can remain on the surface. For sensitive skin, a suitable bath-oil emulsifier or ready-made bath product is a more cautious option.

Is this blend suitable for babies, young children or people with asthma?

The formula contains eucalyptus and declared menthol and camphor components. Such essential oils may be unsuitable for babies and young children or irritate sensitive airways. Do not use it around young children without professional advice; if you have asthma, consult a clinician first.

Can I diffuse Cold Season in rooms with pets?

Essential oils can be problematic for animals, especially cats and birds. Only scent rooms occupied by pets after consulting a veterinarian, and keep the oil and diffuser out of animals' reach.
