It is a transparent gel, not an adhesive patch. Apply a thin layer and let it dry briefly; nothing needs peeling off.

Can the gel also be used on post-blemish marks?

Yes. The manufacturer lists blemish marks and redness as intended uses. It does not promise to erase lasting scars.

Does it contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide?
