The Self-Tanning Sun Drops by hej Organic give the face a natural, even tan without UV radiation. The formula with DHA creates an individually adjustable tanning effect: simply vary the number of drops depending on the desired intensity.

Aloe vera provides additional intensive hydration and cares for the skin. The result is an even, streak-free tint with a fresh glow that usually lasts 3–5 days.

Do Sun Drops protect the skin from UV radiation?

No. DHA creates a tan without sunlight but does not provide a stated sun protection factor (SPF). Appropriate sunscreen is still needed during the day, even when skin looks tanned.

Can I use Sun Drops together with sunscreen?

Yes. The Sun Drops are mixed with a moisturiser; sunscreen is a separate step. To maintain its rated protection, do not dilute sunscreen with self-tanning drops. Apply sunscreen separately in an adequate amount.

Can self-tanning drops transfer onto clothes or bed linen?

Contact with product that has not dried may cause stains. Let it dry completely after application and initially avoid contact with light-coloured fabrics. The tanning reaction develops over several hours.

What can I do if the tan is patchy or too dark?

The colour created by DHA fades as the upper layer of skin naturally sheds. Gentle exfoliation and moisturising may help even out a patchy result. Avoid vigorous scrubbing or further irritation of sensitive skin.

Are Sun Drops free from ethyl alcohol and perfume despite containing Pentylene Glycol?

Yes. The INCI lists neither ethanol nor Parfum. Pentylene Glycol is a different ingredient, not added ethyl alcohol. This is consistent with the product's fragrance-free and ethyl-alcohol-free description.
