Better Shave | Shaving Soap by Monsieur BARBIER brings back the classic shaving ritual. With a damp shaving brush, it builds a dense, creamy lather directly in the jar to improve razor glide and protect the skin during shaving.

The vegan formula contains 100% ingredients of natural origin, including 36.9% from organic farming. It is free from sulfates, parabens, silicones and phenoxyethanol. Coconut oil helps protect the skin from the blade, while shea butter helps soothe razor burn according to the manufacturer. Its creamy, pearly texture is ideal for traditional wet shaving with a brush.

Wet the shaving brush with warm water and build the lather directly in the jar. Apply it to the beard in small circular motions, first clockwise and then counterclockwise. Shave first with the grain and, if needed, make a second careful pass against the grain.
