Application

Preparation: Begin by ensuring your face or the area to be shaved is clean and moist. You can shave after a warm shower or by moistening the area with warm water.

Moisten Your Shaving Brush or Hands: If you have a shaving brush, moisten the bristles with warm water. If you don't have a brush, you can moisten your hands.

Create Lather: Rub the wet brush or your wet hands on the surface of the solid shaving soap. You want to create a rich lather. Add more water if necessary and work the soap until a creamy lather forms.

Apply Lather: Apply the lather evenly to the area you want to shave. The lather helps soften the hair and provides a smooth surface for the razor.

Shave: Use a clean and sharp razor and shave in the direction of hair growth. Shave gently, especially in sensitive areas, to avoid cuts or nicks. Rinse the razor regularly while shaving.

Rinse: After shaving, rinse your skin thoroughly with cold water to close the pores and remove excess lather.

After Shaving: Pat your skin dry with a clean towel. You can then use an after-shave lotion or moisturizer to soothe and moisturize your skin.
